Mat classes are functional fitness at its finest – a low-impact, full-body workout that improves flexibility, strengthens the core, tightens and tones jiggly bits, increases mobility, improves posture, and decreases stress.

MELT

MELT is a simple self-care technique that uses a soft foam roller to rehydrate connective tissue to reduce chronic pain and enhance mobility and stability. MELT techniques address common pain issues including neck, lower back, and joint pain, and ailments such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
