Pilates at Stacey's

At Pilates at Stacey's, we provide a judgment-free, progress-not-perfection type of practice. We offer small group classes to help you make adjustments, learn how to do the moves correctly, and gain maximum benefit from every workout. Individual attention for each attendee is important to us and fosters community during classes.

We believe that Pilates is the perfect antidote to the demands of our modern “sitting” lifestyle, which many physicians are calling a workplace health crisis. Pilates is functional fitness at its finest – a low-impact, full-body workout that improves flexibility, strengthens the core, tightens and tones jiggly bits, increases mobility, improves posture, and decreases stress.

Whether you need to maintain the “gains” from your hard-core weight-lifting days, prevent injury, seek rehabilitation, or just simply keep your body moving, Pilates at Stacey's is for you!

Meet Stacey!


I am a wife, a mom to two sons, a fifth-grade teacher, and a certified mat Pilates instructor. I’m also a lifelong amateur athlete and fitness enthusiast, and for years I gravitated toward hard-core, high impact, “As-Seen-On-TV” fitness programs. I watched late-night infomercials and bought fitness equipment that I actually used. But then I got older. I didn’t bounce back as quickly as I used to from injuries. I felt frustrated when I couldn’t keep up with my workouts and let my body heal. And while I’m stubborn, I knew I had to try something different … and it all led me to Pilates.
