Mat - Studio

Mat exercises are performed on the floor in a series of slow, controlled movements to challenge the core muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility, mobility, and strength. Movements are low-impact and easily customized for every fitness level. Classes are limited to seven participants and often include small props (foam roller, Pilates ring, small ball, cork blocks).
