Mat - Virtual

Join a live mat class from the comfort of anywhere! Mat exercises are performed on the floor in a series of slow, controlled movements to challenge the core muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility, mobility, and strength. Movements are low-impact and easily customized for every fitness level.
