The MELT Method- Studio

This 30 minute, all-levels self care technique will leave you feeling like you just had a massage. It's the perfect add-on to a mat Pilates session but also a great stand alone class. MELT techniques work to rehydrate connective tissue (fascia) to help your body get out of, and stay out of, chronic pain. Developing a regular MELT practice reduces inflammation, eases neck and low back strain, improves alignment, enhances athletic performance, and keeps your whole body feeling great at any age.
